What Do You Need to Get a Loyalty Card Plus?
If you are just joining Pag-IBIG for the first time, you will receive this loyalty card plus once you’re done with your registration.
If you already have a loyalty card, you can upgrade it to a Loyalty Card Plus by meeting the requirements listed below and following the instructions in the next section.
- Loyalty card fee of 125 PHP or $2.47
- An active Pag-IBIG membership
- One valid ID
- A permanent membership ID (MID) number
How to Apply for a Loyalty Card Plus?
To get started, fill out the Pag-IBIG Loyalty Card Application Form. You can get the form on this page and quickly fill it out online.
Then take the application form to the Pag-IBIG Fund office closest to you. Submit your original ID card plus a photocopy of the ID for validation.
After that, pay a card processing charge of PHP 125 to the servicing branch. Make sure to keep the receipt, you'll need it to get your card.
The next thing to do is go to the biometrics and photo section to get your photo and biometrics taken.
The attending encoder will then ask you to double-check your personal information on the registration form before finalizing the information printed on your card.
They will then proceed to process your new Loyalty Card Plus. Simply wait a few moments for your photo and information to appear on the card. Then it's done! You now have a legitimate ID and an ATM card that includes your photo.
Your card, along with your PIN for ATM and online banking transactions, will arrive the same day as your application.
After a few minutes, Pag-IBIG Fund will send you an SMS with a link to confirm your provided mobile number in the enrollment. To confirm your mobile number, simply click the link.
Where to Apply for the Loyalty Card Plus
You can apply for your Loyalty Card plus in one of two ways. Either go to a Pag-IBIG branch on your own or have Pag-IBIG put up a booth in your company for large-scale enrollment, which is the easiest way to get a Pag-IBIG Loyalty Card.
Companies can ask Pag-IBIG for a timeline for enrolling their employees in the Loyalty Card Plus program. This is useful to both companies and employees because enrollment takes only a few minutes, rather than going to a Pag-IBIG branch and filing a leave of absence for a day simply to complete it. You should also double-check that the bank has activated your Loyalty Card plus's ATM functions. You can simply use the PIN supplied in the PIN mailer to inquire about your balance at an Asia United Bank or Union Bank ATM (depending on the bank that issued your card). If you receive a positive response to your balance query, your card has already been authorized. Don't forget to change your PIN after it has been activated for your security.
